The Bixolon XL5-40 4-inch linerless label printer has two anti-jamming, anti-curling, and long-lasting platen rollers, as well as a specifically designed paper path and guillotine cutting mechanism with a Peel-Off Sensor.  By reducing downtime and environmental effect while saving media, storage, and shipping expenses, this greener and safer linerless label solution lowers TCO. The Bixolon XL5-40 includes an optional LCD display with print resolutions of 203 dpi and 300 dpi, as well as a print speed of up to 6 ips (152mm/sec). The Bixolon XL5-40 requires minimal maintenance because to its easy-to-replace auto-cutter, printhead, and platen rollers.
